Welcome to Digital Delight

by | Mar 27, 2020

At a conference about service design a few weeks ago, we were recommended to climb the mountain that was next to the conference center after the last session. The four of us climbed that mountain, it was surprisingly steep, and contemplated the landscape at the sunset.

It was just a delight. We fully realized how lucky we were to be there at that exact moment, and the effort of the ascension just strengthened that feeling.

In our daily routine, we run from one workshop to the next, enjoy some rest before continuing for another day, week or months. In these rare moments of calm, we take the time to stop and contemplate the landscape. To realize, how life is delightful and how our work, our efforts, and our passion are worth the ascension.

Digital transformation is our job. But it’s also a buzzword that seems to confuse a lot of people. At least, it confuses our family and most of our friends who don’t work in our field. It also confuses students and young graduates who look for something cool to apply for. But, they often fail to comprehend what a job in digital transformation consists of on a daily basis.

So, we’ve decided to start writing articles in order to tell our stories. Hopefully these stories elucidate digital transformation to the people we work with, the people who want to work with us and the people who want to join our team!

Through this blog, we want to show and share with you how lucky we are to call this our job. Indeed, we truly believe we contribute to changing the world around us. The purpose of what we do is to start from issues that many people experience, and solve them by keeping their needs at the center of everything we do. Does this still sound abstract for you?

Probably, so we invite you to tag along and join our ascension by reading our posts. Feel free to start the conversation! We would be delighted to hear from you.
